Elnur came out within an hour of being contacted to fix our dishwasher. The quoted price to diagnose was 65.00. He worked on it for an hour, fixed the draining issue and charged only the basic 65.00 . He was very polite and cleaned up after he was done. What else can you ask for??

My Maytag washer drum hit the sides of the washer while spinning. I texted Elnur on a Sunday night, he responded right away & scheduled to come to check out the washer Monday afternoon. He was professional, diagnosed the problem to be the suspension rods needed to be replaced. He went to get the parts & was back in 40 mins. He replaced all 4 suspension rods, & the washer is good to run again without hitting the sides. I will surely call Elnur for any future appliance repair. He charged reasonable price. Highly recommend him.

Great service! They were incredibly quick and did high-quality work. What I valued most was their pricing—they are much more competitive than any other company I researched. My technician diagnosed the issue with my dryer immediately and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I will definitely use them again!

Express alliance was able to make a same-day appointment to repair our refrigerator, and after diagnosing the problem, came back early the next day with the needed part. Our technician was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Great pricing too. I would definitely use their services for my next appliance repair.

Elnur came in and looked at our refrigerator and provided an estimate. He advised us that it doesn’t make sense if fixing better off replacing given age of the appliance.

Elnur was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a free estimate, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair, and once the new parts arrived, the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, great service — I would definitely recommend him for dryer repairs!
